This flat rate service covers repairs to anything wrong with the reader, restoration of environmental resistance such as waterproof sealing and optical protection, as well as cosmetic refurbishment. The devices we repair meet new device standards for speed of barcode reading. If the reader is beyond repair, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.
INSTRUCTIONS:
After you purchase this repair or contact us to create a repair purchase order, you will receive an email with an RMA # and our repair address. When we receive your device will will contact you to let you know we've received your equipment. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
