4. When repair is complete, we'll send you a repair report and a return tracking number for your equipment.

  • Our flat-rate pricing guarantees that you'll get a working device within your chosen time frame. You'll never be asked to pay more than the flat-rate price, even if we end up sending you a new device as a replacement.

Warranty

• • All equipment that is repaired or replaced my Visionex comes with the same 1 year warranty we offer with all of the equipment we sell. If you have any issues with your device within the warranty period, we will provide additional repairs or replacements free of charge.

Shipping and payment options

• • If you choose our prepayment option to pay for your repair, Visionex offers complimentary return shipping.
  • With our other repair payment options, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
