This flat rate service covers repairs to anything wrong with your Dataman Verifier. We will repair your reader and warranty the repair work for 1 year.
INSTRUCTIONS:
When you purchase this repair or
contact us to create a repair purchase order, you will receive an email with an RMA # and our repair address. When we receive your device will will contact you and inform you of its repair status. We're happy to be able to provide a customized customer service experience and full information at any stage of the repair process.
REPAIR POLICY AND DETAILS:
Since this is a flat rate repair, by sending items to us, you agree to have the items repaired if repair is possible. If, after sending us an item, you choose to not have it repaired, we will request an evaluation fee payment of $100 USD.
You are responsible for all shipping costs.
