This flat rate service covers repairs to anything wrong with your Cognex device. We will repair your device and warranty the repair work for 1 year.

Select your preferred payment terms in the drop down menu and purchase this repair for your device(s) or contact us to request a repair for a different device.
You will receive an email with an RMA # and our repair address to send your item(s) to Visionex.
When we receive your device, we will contact you to let you know that we've received your package and get to work on your repair.
When repair is complete, we'll send you a repair report and a return tracking number for your equipment.
We're happy to be able to provide a customized customer service experience and full information on our troubleshooting or your device's status at any stage of the repair process.

Flat-Rate Repair Advantages

- Since this is a flat rate repair, by sending items to us, you agree to have the items repaired if repair is possible or replaced with an identical device.
- Our flat-rate pricing guarantees that you'll get a working device within your chosen time frame. You'll never be asked to pay more than the flat-rate price, even if we end up sending you a new device as a replacement.

Warranty

- All equipment that is repaired or replaced my Visionex comes with the same 1 year warranty we offer with all of the equipment we sell. If you have any issues with your device within the warranty period, we will provide additional repairs or replacements free of charge.

Shipping and payment options

- If you choose our prepayment option to pay for your repair, Visionex offers complimentary return shipping.
- With our other repair payment options, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
