This flat rate service covers repairs to anything wrong with the reader.
INSTRUCTIONS:
After you purchase this repair or contact us to create a repair purchase order, you will receive an email with an RMA # and our repair address. When we receive your device will will contact you and inform you of its repair status and the estimated timeline. If your device is not repairable, we will give you a prompt refund. We're happy to be able to provide a customized customer service experience and full information at any stage of the repair process.
REPAIR POLICY AND DETAILS:
Since this is a flat rate repair, by sending items to us, you agree to have the items repaired if repair is possible. If, after sending us an item, you choose to not have it repaired or replaced for the flat rate repair or replacement fee, we will request an evaluation fee payment of $100 USD.
You are responsible for all shipping costs.
If we are unable to repair your reader it can be recycled for free, or returned to you. (In this case, you only pay shipping).
Repair turnaround time is 7 - 10 days unless we need to order parts or you request an expedited repair. Expedited repairs are finished in 1-3 days.
